For now, make sure you read through the instructions, and initialize two copies of your first Mandala, which was included in your instant download packet. Place one copy under your bed, and the other in your pursue, backpack or wallet. Folding the Mandala copies is fine.
Then put the Preparation Healing Sound File in your favorite play list, and run it at least 5 times a day for 7 days.
Before the end of 7 days, print out your current Journal Exercise, and follow the instructions included in your download packet.
Taking these steps will immerse you in the energy of allowing positive shifts in the most gentle, enjoyable and fulfilling way possible.
